Large Quantity Orders

For retail prices and special or large orders (over 50 items), please contact us on info@nonnapeppy.com

Note that EMS shipping is limited to 20-30 kg per shipment, according to destination.

We Accept only PayPal.

Melamine Safety

Our Melamine products are made of 100% safe and durable melamine and hold health certificates.

All melamine products are disawaher safe but are NOT for microwave use.

Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policies

Order Confirmation

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail within 2 business days.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 10 business days) we will submit the order for shipment.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@nonnapeppy.com and we will refund or replace items.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 business days of the item's arrival.

1. Please email info@nonnapeppy.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

3. Include in your package a short, signed letter stating the reason for your return, Tracking number and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders cancelled after shipments are subject to a €15 administration fee that will be deducted from you invoice refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds will only be issued to the original PayPal account that you use when placing your order.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 10 working days.

We will make our utmost to ship within 48 hours.

Shipping

All orders are delivered by courier service (EMS, DHL etc').

Please note, that the shipping costs do not include any applicable import duties, taxes and any other import-related costs which may be relevant in your country.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

You will be prompted to confirm total charges before finalizing your order.

Out of Stock Products Order

If an item goes out of stock, we will contact you. You can then choose to cancel your order and get a full refund or to get a partial refund on the missing items.
